Product Overview
The valve automatically opens when trapped liquid heats up and pressure builds. It prevents pipe bursts, gasket failure, and equipment damage. Compact and spring-loaded, with fast response to thermal pressure buildup.

Material & Construction
Available in SS304, SS316, CF8, CF8M, WCB, and exotic grades like Monel, Inconel, Hastelloy, Duplex. Sizes from 1/4” to 2” screwed, 15NB to 50NB flanged. Pressure range up to 6000 PSI, ANSI 150–2500, PN16–PN250. Screwed BSP/NPT, Socket Weld, Butt Weld, or Flanged ends per ANSI, DIN, IS, JIS. Optional strainers and bellow seals on request.

Design Standards
Manufactured per API 520/521, ASME Sec VIII, ISO 4126, IS 2838. IBR certification available. Fully compatible with global industrial and EPC project norms. Supports OEM skid integration.

Operation
Auto-acting spring-loaded valve, resets after pressure relief. Handwheel, lever, or wrench options available. Operates precisely and consistently under fluctuating temperatures.

Coating & Finish Options
Options include HALAR coating, PTFE lining, epoxy coating, electro-polished surfaces, depending on the media. Suitable for corrosive, marine, hygienic, and chemical applications.

Testing & Certification
Every unit is hydro-tested, seat leak tested, spring calibrated, and batch certified. Third-party inspections (TPI) and full documentation provided with each supply.
