The Cast Iron / Ductile Iron / Cast Steel body combined with SS304 or SS316 disc ensures clean shut-off and long service life. Trim in stainless steel provides durability in corrosive and abrasive media.

Product Overview
Knife Edge Gate Valve, flanged fabricated body, full bore straight-through port, precision sharpened gate plate for fiber, sludge and abrasive media cutting action. Rigid body ribs prevent deflection under differential pressure. Available in unidirectional and bi-directional seat configuration.

Construction and Design
Body materials SS316, SS304, WCB, CF8M, Duplex, DI. Gate plate in SS316 with optional hard faced edge. Replaceable resilient seat in EPDM, NBR, PTFE or metal seated configuration. Bolted bonnet or open frame yoke type. Stuffing box with PTFE graphite packing, adjustable gland follower. Optional flush ports and deflector cone for tailing service.

End Connections and Standards
Flanged ends drilled to EN1092-1 PN10 PN16 or ASME B16.5 Class150. Face to face as per MSS SP-81. Testing as per API 598 and EN12266. Dimensional compliance suitable for interchangeability with global project specifications.
