FLOWCEN GLOBAL Magnetic Y Type Strainer CS SS Class150 to 900 Class Flanged BW SW
High-duty Magnetic Y Type Strainer engineered for continuous filtration in water, oil, gas, chemical and utility lines. High-Gauss magnetic core extracts fine ferrous particles, while the deep Y-screen maintains uniform flow and low differential pressure. Built for EPC packages, desalination lines, refinery utilities, power plant cooling circuits and industrial networks requiring strong and reliable pipeline filtration.

Flowcen Global manufactures engineered strainers and filtration assemblies in India for high-value domestic and export projects. This Magnetic Y Strainer is constructed with heavy-wall carbon steel or stainless steel body, high-Gauss magnetic rod, reinforced SS304/316 mesh cartridge (50–5000 micron), precision-machined seat geometry and a bolted access cover for quick cleaning. Smooth internal passages keep flow stable, and drain/blow-off ports support easy maintenance. Temperature capacity up to 400°C depending on material grade.

Available in Flanged, Butt Weld and Socket Weld ends across ASME Class 150 to 900. Size range DN15 to DN300. Complies with ASME B16.5 (Flanged), ASME B16.25 (BW) and ASME B16.11 (SW). Mesh options in SS alloys suit pump protection, cooling tower circuits, marine duty, fuel transfer, chemical pipelines, textile wash lines, light slurry service and general industrial filtration. Flow direction marking and bonnet orientation details are provided for correct installation.

Design and construction follow ASME B31.1/B31.3 pipeline norms and ASME B16.34 requirements. Hydrostatic and pneumatic testing as per API 598 and EN12266. Materials comply with project-specific ASTM grades. Coatings include zinc-rich primer, PU paint or FBE system. Each unit undergoes dimensional checks, mesh inspection, magnetic core pull-test and full pressure testing. Made in India under controlled machining, fabrication and QC.
