Flowcen Global HCL Scrubbing System is an Indian OEM manufactured packed bed gas scrubbing unit designed for neutralization and absorption of hydrochloric acid fumes using alkali scrubbing media. Suitable for chemical plants, pickling lines, pharmaceutical units and emission control systems.

Construction and Design
Vertical packed tower or horizontal scrubber configuration with counter-current gas-liquid contact. Gas enters from bottom, scrubbing liquid distributed from top through spray headers. Structured or random packing provides high surface area for mass transfer. Mist eliminator installed at top to remove carryover droplets. Skid-mounted or modular design available.

Internal System
PP PVC PVDF packing media, high-efficiency spray nozzles, demister pad, liquid distribution tray, recirculation tank with dosing system. Optional multi-stage scrubbing with alkali dosing and pH control.

Operation and Features
Efficient removal of HCl fumes with high mass transfer efficiency. Low pressure drop operation. Corrosion-resistant design for aggressive acid environments.
