FLOWCEN GLBOAL Pig Launcher Receiver Assembly engineered for high-integrity pigging in crude, gas, water, chemical and slurry pipelines. Built as a pressure-rated vessel with controlled plate rolling, multi-pass welding, precision-machined nozzles and reinforced saddle supports for long-distance transmission lines. Internal flow path profiled for smooth pig entry and retrieval with accurate alignment between barrel, reducer and quick-opening closure.

Construction includes SA516 GR70 shell, forged flanged nozzles, SS304/316 internal trim, pig guide bars, kicker line, bypass line, drain and vent lines, pressure tapping and pig signaler provision. Quick-opening door uses mechanical locking ring, hinge support, secondary safety latch and compressed sealing system for tight closure. Gasket options include CNAF or metallic types based on medium and temperature. Fabrication documentation includes WPS, PQR, welder qualification and NDT plan.

Design follows ASME Section VIII Div.1 for pressure boundary and ASME B31.3 for process piping integration. RF flanged ends per ANSI B16.5 Class 150 / Class 300. Internal surfaces can be blasted and coated with FBE, PU or Zinc systems for corrosion-sensitive duties. Dimensional tolerances controlled with calibrated fabrication jigs to maintain concentricity and ensure free movement of cleaning, batching or gauging pigs.

Operating features include controlled depressurisation through vent line, safe drainage, pig loading via quick-opening closure and smooth launching using kicker flow. Receiver configuration allows safe deceleration and retrieval with visual confirmation through pig indicator ports. Assemblies support manual, gear-assisted or automated handling depending on project requirements. Testing includes hydrostatic at 1.5× MAWP, pneumatic leak testing, weld NDT (RT/UT/MPI), dimensional checks and documentation covering GA drawings, MTC, traceability records, coating reports and pressure test certificates. Supplied with lifting lugs, support shoes and tagged nozzles for ready installation.
