Flowcen motorized gate valves are available in rising and non-rising stem types, designed as per API 600, API 6D, ASME B16.34, BS 1414, DIN, and EN standards. End connections include flanged, butt weld, socket weld, or lugged designs.

Construction and Trim Design
Heavy section cast body with integral renewable seat ring. Precision machined plug type disc ensuring accurate throttling characteristics. Backseat arrangement for stem sealing during operation. Trim options SS410 SS304 SS316 Stellite hard faced for erosion resistance in high velocity steam.

Bonnet joint with spiral wound gasket. High temperature graphite packing with bolted gland follower suitable for saturated and superheated steam duty. Stem in stainless steel with rolled threads for smooth torque transmission.

Electric Actuation System
Multi turn electric actuator with torque switch limit switch manual override and visual position indicator. Modulating control option with 4 to 20 mA signal for process regulation. Suitable for DCS and SCADA integration in thermal plants. IP rated enclosure with local push button station.

End Connections and Standards
Flanged ends as per ASME B16.5 Class150. Face to face as per ASME B16.10. Design reference BS 1873 API 623. Testing as per API 598 including hydrostatic shell and seat leakage validation.
