DESCRIPTION
Flowcen Global Electric Actuated Valves engineered for automated isolation and modulating control in refinery petrochemical power plant and process pipeline systems. Designed for PLC SCADA DCS integration ensuring precise positioning stable control and repeatable operation under continuous duty conditions.

Valve configuration includes ball valves for tight shutoff butterfly valves for low torque throttling gate valves for isolation globe valves for control plug valves for viscous service and diaphragm valves for corrosive media handling.

Construction in DI CS SS Alloy Steel Duplex with trim SS304 SS316 13Cr ensures strength corrosion resistance and long service life. Stem SS410 SS316 designed for actuator torque transmission.

Sealing options PTFE EPDM NBR provide tight shutoff while metal seated design supports high temperature and severe service conditions. Blowout proof stem anti static construction and low emission sealing incorporated.

Electric actuator supports on off and modulating control with 4-20 mA 0-10 V signal torque protection limit switches position feedback manual override and IP67 IP68 enclosure suitable for outdoor installation.

End connections RF RTJ BW SW wafer lug as per ASME B16.5 B16.25 with ISO 5211 mounting interface. Manufactured as per API 6D API 609 ASME B16.34 IEC with testing API 598.
