Flowcen Global Parallel Plate Lamella Clarifier is an Indian OEM fabricated system designed with closely spaced inclined plate packs for high surface loading and efficient sludge compaction. Suitable for continuous clarification duty in water, wastewater and process applications.

Construction and Design
Rectangular or circular configuration with parallel inclined plate modules at optimized angle. Options include hopper bottom or flat bottom construction. Integrated flocculation chamber optional. Uniform inlet distribution with energy dissipation ensures equal hydraulic loading. Settled solids slide into sludge hopper, clarified overflow collected via serrated weirs and launder channels. Bolted or welded fabrication with skid-mounted modules.

Internal System
Plate packs in PP PVC SS construction. Sludge hopper with gravity discharge or optional scraper mechanism. Adjustable overflow weir system. Optional tube settler integration. Access platform, ladder and maintenance walkway provided.
