Production Facility

Flowcen Global operates a fully organized production facility in Gujarat, India dedicated to manufacturing industrial valves, strainers and engineered flow control systems for domestic and export projects.

Our production unit is structured into defined operational zones to ensure smooth workflow, accuracy and consistent quality control.

The machining section is equipped with CNC turning centres, VMC machines, heavy duty lathe machines, drilling and tapping units for precise machining of valve bodies, bonnets, discs, plugs, stems and internal trim components. Strict dimensional checks are maintained during every machining stage.

A dedicated assembly line is maintained for Gate Valves, Globe Valves, Check Valves, Ball Valves, Butterfly Valves, Plug Valves, Knife Gate Valves, Y Type Strainers and Basket Strainers. Each valve is assembled under controlled conditions to ensure proper sealing alignment, torque accuracy and smooth mechanical operation.

Separate automation integration area is available for electric actuators, pneumatic actuators, gear operators and complete valve automation packages. Functional testing and calibration are performed before dispatch.

Our testing infrastructure includes hydrostatic pressure testing pumps, pneumatic seat testing systems, shell and seat test benches, torque testing equipment and precision inspection instruments. All valves are tested as per relevant API, ASME and BS standards prior to release.

Surface preparation and coating operations are carried out in a designated painting zone using industrial grade primers and epoxy coatings to provide corrosion resistance suitable for water, oil, gas and chemical applications.

Material storage is organized for carbon steel, stainless steel, cast iron, ductile iron and alloy steel components to support quick production cycles and project commitments.

The production facility is managed by experienced technical staff with systematic process control, allowing us to execute small batch requirements as well as bulk project orders across various pressure classes and service conditions with reliable performance and timely delivery.

Sales Network

Flowcen Global has established a strong and expanding sales network across India and international markets, serving industrial, infrastructure and project-based customers.

Our domestic network covers major industrial regions including Gujarat, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Telangana, Rajasthan, West Bengal and Delhi NCR. We work closely with EPC contractors, consultants, OEMs, distributors and end users in sectors such as oil and gas, power generation, water treatment, chemical processing, paper mills and general engineering industries.

For export markets, we support clients across Middle East, Africa, South East Asia and selected European regions through direct supply and project coordination. Our export handling includes technical documentation support, inspection coordination and proper shipment planning.

The sales team is technically trained to understand application requirements including pressure class, material selection, design standards and automation integration. This enables accurate proposal preparation and smooth project execution.

Our Machinery

Flowcen Global operates with a well-planned machinery setup designed for accurate and reliable manufacturing of industrial valves, strainers and flow control equipment. Our infrastructure supports precision machining, structured assembly and controlled testing operations.

The machining division is equipped with advanced CNC turning centres for high-accuracy machining of valve bodies, bonnets, discs, plugs and stems. Vertical Machining Centres (VMC) are used for flange facing, drilling, boring and contour operations to maintain dimensional consistency.

Heavy duty conventional lathe machines are installed for large diameter valve components. Radial drilling machines ensure proper bolt hole drilling as per ASME and DIN flange standards. Tapping machines and threading units maintain uniform threading quality for pressure retaining parts.

For surface finishing and sealing performance, we use grinding machines and seat finishing tools to achieve required surface finish standards. Stem polishing equipment ensures smooth operation and reduced friction during valve movement.

Our facility includes hydrostatic pressure testing pumps for shell testing and pneumatic testing systems for seat leakage verification. Dedicated test benches allow validation of valves as per API, BS and ASME standards. Torque testing equipment is available for gear operated and actuated valves to verify operational performance.

Material handling is supported by lifting equipment and structured workstations to ensure safe movement of heavy components within the production area.

With this machinery capability, Flowcen Global manufactures Gate Valves, Globe Valves, Check Valves, Ball Valves, Butterfly Valves, Plug Valves, Knife Gate Valves and Industrial Strainers in various sizes, materials and pressure classes for industrial and project applications.

Testing infrastructure includes hydrostatic test benches, pneumatic seat testing setup, shell and seat pressure testing arrangement, torque testing and dimensional inspection instruments. All valves are tested as per relevant API, BS and ASME standards before dispatch.

Surface preparation and coating zone ensures proper anti-corrosive protection using industrial grade primers and epoxy coatings suitable for water, oil, gas and chemical service applications.

We maintain structured inventory control for WCB, CF8, CF8M, CI, DI and alloy steel castings to support faster delivery schedules. Our dispatch area is organized for export packing, seaworthy packaging and domestic transportation handling.

Fabrication & Assembly Area:
Dedicated assembly lines for Gate Valves, Globe Valves, Check Valves, Ball Valves, Butterfly Valves, Plug Valves, Knife Gate Valves and Industrial Strainers. Controlled assembly process ensures proper alignment, torque setting and smooth valve operation.

Automation Integration Facility:
Separate area for mounting and testing of electric actuators, pneumatic actuators, gear operators and control valve systems. ISO 5211 mounting compatibility and actuator calibration are carried out before dispatch.

Testing & Inspection Infrastructure:
Hydrostatic test pumps, pneumatic seat testing setup, shell and seat pressure testing benches, torque testing equipment and dimensional inspection tools. All valves are tested as per applicable API, ASME and BS standards to ensure performance and safety.

Surface Preparation & Coating Section:
Industrial-grade painting booth for epoxy coating, anti-corrosive primer application and protective finishing suitable for water, oil, gas and chemical service conditions.

Material Handling & Storage:
Organized raw material storage for WCB, CF8, CF8M, CI, DI and alloy steel castings. Structured inventory management system ensures quick execution of project orders.

Packing & Dispatch Area:
Dedicated packing zone for domestic and export shipments with proper labeling, documentation and seaworthy packing arrangements.
