Flanged Industrial Gate Valve API 600 PN16 Class 150
Full-bore isolation gate valve designed for transmission pipelines and continuous shut-off duty in utility and process services. Engineered for stable sealing, low operating torque, and repeatable performance under cyclic pressure and temperature conditions. Preferred for EPC projects and long-life installations.

Construction and Design
Cast or fabricated body with straight flow path; bolted bonnet construction; OS&Y rising stem for positive position indication; flexible or solid wedge as per service duty; replaceable seat rings; stem threads located outside pressure boundary.

Internal Trim and Sealing
Stainless steel or hard-faced wedge and seat surfaces; corrosion-resistant stem; graphite or PTFE packing with adjustable gland; backseat arrangement for maintenance during service where applicable.

Operation
Handwheel standard; bevel gear for large sizes; electric, pneumatic, or hydraulic actuation for automated systems.

DN 50 to DN 1200; PN10, PN16, PN25, PN40; ASME Class 150 and 300.
