Flowcen Global is a Made in India manufacturer of fabricated industrial strainers and duplex filters covering Y type, basket, tee, pot, temporary conical, duplex basket and self-cleaning strainers. Fabricated models are built in carbon steel, stainless steel 304 316 316L, duplex steel, alloy steel, low temperature steel and reinforced fabricated plates. CONSTRUCTION
Fully fabricated welded plate body with reinforced shell, structural stiffeners and heavy saddle supports. Twin cylindrical chambers with bolted quick-open covers, davit lifting arm and swing type or plug type flow changeover valve. Internal basket support ring prevents collapse under high differential pressure. Drain sump pocket, vent and DP gauge connections provided.

DESIGN
Straight-through full bore flow path minimizes turbulence and pressure loss. Dual isolation mechanism enables live basket cleaning. Spiral wound graphite or CAF gasket cover sealing based on pressure class. Horizontal installation with self-draining sediment pocket.

BASKET SYSTEM
Removable perforated stainless steel basket with reinforced rim. Mesh lining, wedge wire or perforation options from coarse debris retention to fine filtration. Optional magnetic insert for ferrous particle capture in turbine and pump protection services.
