Flowcen Global Lamella Clarifier Gravity Settler is an Indian OEM engineered unit using inclined plate packs for accelerated sedimentation and sludge thickening. Designed for continuous duty with stable hydraulic flow distribution and efficient sludge removal.

Construction and Design
Fabricated rectangular or circular tank with modular lamella plate packs installed at 55–60 degree inclination. Inlet energy dissipation chamber ensures uniform distribution. Settled solids slide along inclined plates into bottom hopper. Clear overflow collected through serrated weirs and peripheral launder. Bolted or welded fabrication, skid-mounted option for package plants.

Internal System
Lamella plates in PP PVC SS construction. Bottom sludge hopper with steep angle for gravity discharge. Optional scraper or desludging arrangement for large capacity units. Overflow weir system with adjustable level control. Access platform, ladder and walkway provided.

Operation and Features
Gravity-based clarification without rotating internals in settling zone. High surface loading rate with reduced retention time. Stable performance under variable turbidity. Compact design suitable for retrofit and space-limited installations. Low maintenance operation with automation integration for sludge discharge and level control.

Material Options
